These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Service and the Website, including the use of the Creaditor Marketplace (the "Marketplace"), where Developers may offer code or software for sale and Customers may purchase such digital products.

By accessing or using any portion of the Service, the Website, or the Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and/or the Creaditor Marketplace Terms of Use.
